Our Strategy

For 2007, Global Gain has carefully selected a small number of NGOs and philanthropic foundations which we will be working with. They were chosen based on their commitment to the core principles of scaling-out and adaptive blueprinting, which Global Gain and a team of advisers recently formulated in an effort to promote these strategies throughout the social sector. Essentially, these principles are about improved collaboration among like-minded organizations.

Each year as Global Gain grows, we plan to select a larger number of organizations to offer our services to and projects to become involved. We should emphasize, however, that number of projects we choose to take one will never come at the expense of the quality of our work. We therefore must maintain a careful balancing act whereby we operate smart and lean without ever stretching ourselves too thin.
