| Work Culture |

Even though we are still in our start-up phase, we believe strongly that creating a strong organizational culture and philosophy from the get-go is imperative for laying the most solid possible foundation upon which to build our organization. We therefore have spent a great deal of time thinking about the type of people and the type of work environment that will best enable Global Gain to thrive today and well into the future. In doing so, we are also hopeful that we can make the world a better place as we work towards our mission and vision. The unique strategy we've developed for "making a difference" is exciting not only because it enables proven blueprints for change to thrive on a much wider scale, but also because we believe it will attract passionate, focused, and dedicated individuals who believe in our theory of change . When Global Gain's Executive Director, Nathan Cryder, was told by someone that these types of people are extraordinarily difficult to find, his reaction was, "You're right. That's why they'll have to find us." His point was that if Global Gain can successfully create the right kind of work culture, the type of people who are the perfect fit for the organization will be attracted its unique philosophy and work environment. Therefore, Global Gain's success depends entirely upon how well we are able to establish an organizational culture that will attract the type of passionate individuals needed to execute our strategy. |
