Overview

Global Gain works directly with organizations in the social sector with innovative, tested programs addressing social problems to help them scale-out the impact of their work. By "scaling-out" we are referring to methods for scaling impact which involve partnering with other like-minded organizations in the sector to replicate and adapt existing, highly-effective program-models.

Our services include:

• In-depth, long-term consulting with organizations ready to scale-out existing program-models

• Two-day workshops to train organizations in Adaptive Blueprinting (AB), a 5-stage framework and set of open-source tools Global Gain developed to make the scaling-out process simpler and more effective

• Week-long workshops to help partnering organizations scale-out program models using the AB process

• Train-the-trainer workshops for philanthropic foundations and other institutional funders to enable them to train grantees and partner organizations in AB
